23:01 あなたは偽りのうわさを言いふらしてはならない。あなたは悪人と手を携えて、悪意のある証人になってはならない。	1 Thou shalt not take up a false report: put not thy hand with the wicked to be an unrighteous witness.	לֹא תִשָּׂא שֵׁמַע שָׁוְא אַל־תָּשֶׁת יָדְךָ עִם־רָשָׁע לִהְיֹת עֵד חָמָס׃ ס	1
23:02 あなたは多数に従って悪をおこなってはならない。あなたは訴訟において、多数に従って片寄り、正義を曲げるような証言をしてはならない。	2 Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to turn aside after a multitude to wrest justice:	לֹא־תִהְיֶה אַחֲרֵי־רַבִּים לְרָעֹת וְלֹא־תַעֲנֶה עַל־רִב לִנְטֹת אַחֲרֵי רַבִּים לְהַטֹּת׃	2
23:03 また貧しい人をその訴訟において、曲げてかばってはならない。	3 neither shalt thou favor a poor man in his cause.	וְדָל לֹא תֶהְדַּר בְּרִיבֹו׃ ס	3
23:04 もし、あなたが敵の牛または、ろばの迷っているのに会う時は、必ずこれを彼の所に連れて行って、帰さなければならない。	4 If thou meet thine enemy's ox or his ass going astray, thou shalt surely bring it back to him again.	כִּי תִפְגַּע שֹׁור אֹיִבְךָ אֹו חֲמֹרֹו תֹּעֶה הָשֵׁב תְּשִׁיבֶנּוּ לֹו׃ ס	4
23:05 もしあなたを憎む者のろばが、その荷物の下に倒れ伏しているのを見る時は、これを見捨てて置かないように気をつけ、必ずその人に手を貸して、これを起さなければならない。	5 If thou see the ass of him that hateth thee lying under his burden, thou shalt forbear to leave him, thou shalt surely release it with him.	כִּי־תִרְאֶה חֲמֹור שֹׂנַאֲךָ רֹבֵץ תַּחַת מַשָּׂאֹו וְחָדַלְתָּ מֵעֲזֹב לֹו עָזֹב תַּעֲזֹב עִמֹּו׃ ס	5
23:06 あなたは貧しい者の訴訟において、裁判を曲げてはならない。	6 Thou shalt not wrest the justice due to thy poor in his cause.	לֹא תַטֶּה מִשְׁפַּט אֶבְיֹנְךָ בְּרִיבֹו׃	6
23:07 あなたは偽り事に遠ざからなければならない。あなたは罪のない者と正しい者とを殺してはならない。わたしは悪人を義とすることはないからである。	7 Keep thee far from a false matter; and the innocent and righteous slay thou not: for I will not justify the wicked.	מִדְּבַר־שֶׁקֶר תִּרְחָק וְנָקִי וְצַדִּיק אַל־תַּהֲרֹג כִּי לֹא־אַצְדִּיק רָשָׁע׃	7
23:08 あなたは賄賂を取ってはならない。賄賂は人の目をくらまし、正しい者の事件をも曲げさせるからである。	8 And thou shalt take no bribe: for a bribe blindeth them that have sight, and perverteth the words of the righteous.	וְשֹׁחַד לֹא תִקָּח כִּי הַשֹּׁחַד יְעַוֵּר פִּקְחִים וִיסַלֵּף דִּבְרֵי צַדִּיקִים׃	8
23:09 あなたは寄留の他国人をしえたげてはならない。あなたがたはエジプトの国で寄留の他国人であったので、寄留の他国人の心を知っているからである。	9 And a sojourner shalt thou not oppress: for ye know the heart of a sojourner, seeing ye were sojourners in the land of Egypt.	וְגֵר לֹא תִלְחָץ וְאַתֶּם יְדַעְתֶּם אֶת־נֶפֶשׁ הַגֵּר כִּי־גֵרִים הֱיִיתֶם בְּאֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם׃	9
23:10 あなたは六年のあいだ、地に種をまき、その産物を取り入れることができる。	10 And six years thou shalt sow thy land, and shalt gather in the increase thereof:	וְשֵׁשׁ שָׁנִים תִּזְרַע אֶת־אַרְצֶךָ וְאָסַפְתָּ אֶת־תְּבוּאָתָהּ׃	10
23:11 しかし、七年目には、これを休ませて、耕さずに置かなければならない。そうすれば、あなたの民の貧しい者がこれを食べ、その残りは野の獣が食べることができる。あなたのぶどう畑も、オリブ畑も同様にしなければならない。	11 but the seventh year thou shalt let it rest and lie fallow; that the poor of thy people may eat: and what they leave the beast of the field shall eat. In like manner thou shalt deal with thy vineyard, and with thy oliveyard.	וְהַשְּׁבִיעִת תִּשְׁמְטֶנָּה וּנְטַשְׁתָּהּ וְאָכְלוּ אֶבְיֹנֵי עַמֶּךָ וְיִתְרָם תֹּאכַל חַיַּת הַשָּׂדֶה כֵּן־תַּעֲשֶׂה לְכַרְמְךָ לְזֵיתֶךָ׃	11
23:12 あなたは六日のあいだ、仕事をし、七日目には休まなければならない。これはあなたの牛および、ろばが休みを得、またあなたのはしための子および寄留の他国人を休ませるためである。	12 Six days thou shalt do thy work, and on the seventh day thou shalt rest; that thine ox and thine ass may have rest, and the son of thy handmaid, and the sojourner, may be refreshed.	שֵׁשֶׁת יָמִים תַּעֲשֶׂה מַעֲשֶׂיךָ וּבַיֹּום הַשְּׁבִיעִי תִּשְׁבֹּת לְמַעַן יָנוּחַ שֹׁורְךָ וַחֲמֹרֶךָ וְיִנָּפֵשׁ בֶּן־אֲמָתְךָ וְהַגֵּר׃	12
23:13 わたしが、あなたがたに言ったすべての事に心を留めなさい。他の神々の名を唱えてはならない。また、これをあなたのくちびるから聞えさせてはならない。	13 And in all things that I have said unto you take ye heed: and make no mention of the name of other gods, neither let it be heard out of thy mouth.	וּבְכֹל אֲשֶׁר־אָמַרְתִּי אֲלֵיכֶם תִּשָּׁמֵרוּ וְשֵׁם אֱלֹהִים אֲחֵרִים לֹא תַזְכִּירוּ לֹא יִשָּׁמַע עַל־פִּיךָ׃	13
23:14 あなたは年に三度、わたしのために祭を行わなければならない。	14 Three times thou shalt keep a feast unto me in the year.	שָׁלֹשׁ רְגָלִים תָּחֹג לִי בַּשָּׁנָה׃	14
23:15 あなたは種入れぬパンの祭を守らなければならない。わたしが、あなたに命じたように、アビブの月の定めの時に七日のあいだ、種入れぬパンを食べなければならない。それはその月にあなたがエジプトから出たからである。だれも、むなし手でわたしの前に出てはならない。	15 The feast of unleavened bread shalt thou keep: seven days thou shalt eat unleavened bread, as I commanded thee, at the time appointed in the month Abib (for in it thou camest out from Egypt); and none shall appear before me empty:	אֶת־חַג הַמַּצֹּות תִּשְׁמֹר שִׁבְעַת יָמִים תֹּאכַל מַצֹּות כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוִּיתִךָ לְמֹועֵד חֹדֶשׁ הָאָבִיב כִּי־בֹו יָצָאתָ מִמִּצְרָיִם וְלֹא־יֵרָאוּ פָנַי רֵיקָם׃	15
23:16 また、あなたが畑にまいて獲た物の勤労の初穂をささげる刈入れの祭と、あなたの勤労の実を畑から取り入れる年の終りに、取入れの祭を行わなければならない。	16 and the feast of harvest, the first-fruits of thy labors, which thou sowest in the field: and the feast of ingathering, at the end of the year, when thou gatherest in thy labors out of the field.	וְחַג הַקָּצִיר בִּכּוּרֵי מַעֲשֶׂיךָ אֲשֶׁר תִּזְרַע בַּשָּׂדֶה וְחַג הָאָסִף בְּצֵאת הַשָּׁנָה בְּאָסְפְּךָ אֶת־מַעֲשֶׂיךָ מִן־הַשָּׂדֶה׃	16
23:17 男子はみな、年に三度、主なる神の前に出なければならない。	17 Three times in the year all thy males shall appear before the Lord Jehovah.	שָׁלֹשׁ פְּעָמִים בַּשָּׁנָה יֵרָאֶה כָּל־זְכוּרְךָ אֶל־פְּנֵי הָאָדֹן ׀ יְהוָה׃	17
23:18 あなたはわたしの犠牲の血を、種を入れたパンと共にささげてはならない。また、わたしの祭の脂肪を翌朝まで残して置いてはならない。	18 Thou shalt not offer the blood of my sacrifice with leavened bread; neither shall the fat of my feast remain all night until the morning.	לֹא־תִזְבַּח עַל־חָמֵץ דַּם־זִבְחִי וְלֹא־יָלִין חֵלֶב־חַגִּי עַד־בֹּקֶר׃	18
23:19 あなたの土地の初穂の最も良い物を、あなたの神、主の家に携えてこなければならない。あなたは子やぎを、その母の乳で煮てはならない。	19 The first of the first-fruits of thy ground thou shalt bring into the house of Jehovah thy God. Thou shalt not boil a kid in it mother's milk.	רֵאשִׁית בִּכּוּרֵי אַדְמָתְךָ תָּבִיא בֵּית יְהוָה אֱלֹהֶיךָ לֹא־תְבַשֵּׁל גְּדִי בַּחֲלֵב אִמֹּו׃ ס	19
23:20 見よ、わたしは使をあなたの前につかわし、あなたを道で守らせ、わたしが備えた所に導かせるであろう。	20 Behold, I send an angel before thee, to keep thee by the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared.	הִנֵּה אָנֹכִי שֹׁלֵחַ מַלְאָךְ לְפָנֶיךָ לִשְׁמָרְךָ בַּדָּרֶךְ וְלַהֲבִיאֲךָ אֶל־הַמָּקֹום אֲשֶׁר הֲכִנֹתִי׃	20
23:21 あなたはその前に慎み、その言葉に聞き従い、彼にそむいてはならない。わたしの名が彼のうちにあるゆえに、彼はあなたがたのとがをゆるさないであろう。	21 Take ye heed before him, and hearken unto his voice; provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgression: for my name is in him.	הִשָּׁמֶר מִפָּנָיו וּשְׁמַע בְּקֹלֹו אַל־תַּמֵּר בֹּו כִּי לֹא יִשָּׂא לְפִשְׁעֲכֶם כִּי שְׁמִי בְּקִרְבֹּו׃	21
23:22 しかし、もしあなたが彼の声によく聞き従い、すべてわたしが語ることを行うならば、わたしはあなたの敵を敵とし、あなたのあだをあだとするであろう。	22 But if thou shalt indeed hearken unto his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries.	כִּי אִם־שָׁמֹעַ תִּשְׁמַע בְּקֹלֹו וְעָשִׂיתָ כֹּל אֲשֶׁר אֲדַבֵּר וְאָיַבְתִּי אֶת־אֹיְבֶיךָ וְצַרְתִּי אֶת־צֹרְרֶיךָ׃	22
23:23 わたしの使はあなたの前に行って、あなたをアモリびと、ヘテびと、ペリジびと、カナンびと、ヒビびと、およびエブスびとの所に導き、わたしは彼らを滅ぼすであろう。	23 For mine angel shall go before thee, and bring thee in unto the Amorite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Canaanite, the Hivite, and the Jebusite: and I will cut them off.	כִּי־יֵלֵךְ מַלְאָכִי לְפָנֶיךָ וֶהֱבִיאֲךָ אֶל־הָאֱמֹרִי וְהַחִתִּי וְהַפְּרִזִּי וְהַכְּנַעֲנִי הַחִוִּי וְהַיְבוּסִי וְהִכְחַדְתִּיו׃	23
23:24 あなたは彼らの神々を拝んではならない。これに仕えてはならない。また彼らのおこないにならってはならない。あなたは彼らを全く打ち倒し、その石の柱を打ち砕かなければならない。	24 Thou shalt not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works; but thou shalt utterly overthrow them, and break in pieces their pillars.	לֹא־תִשְׁתַּחֲוֶה לֵאלֹהֵיהֶם וְלֹא תָעָבְדֵם וְלֹא תַעֲשֶׂה כְּמַעֲשֵׂיהֶם כִּי הָרֵס תְּהָרְסֵם וְשַׁבֵּר תְּשַׁבֵּר מַצֵּבֹתֵיהֶם׃	24
23:25 あなたがたの神、主に仕えなければならない。そうすれば、わたしはあなたがたのパンと水を祝し、あなたがたのうちから病を除き去るであろう。	25 And ye shall serve Jehovah your God, and he will bless thy bread, and thy water; and I will take sickness away from the midst of thee.	וַעֲבַדְתֶּם אֵת יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם וּבֵרַךְ אֶת־לַחְמְךָ וְאֶת־מֵימֶיךָ וַהֲסִרֹתִי מַחֲלָה מִקִּרְבֶּךָ׃	25
23:26 あなたの国のうちには流産する女もなく、不妊の女もなく、わたしはあなたの日の数を満ち足らせるであろう。	26 There shall none cast her young, nor be barren, in thy land: the number of thy days I will fulfil.	לֹא תִהְיֶה מְשַׁכֵּלָה וַעֲקָרָה בְּאַרְצֶךָ אֶת־מִסְפַּר יָמֶיךָ אֲמַלֵּא׃	26
23:27 わたしはあなたの先に、わたしの恐れをつかわし、あなたが行く所の民を、ことごとく打ち敗り、すべての敵に、その背をあなたの方へ向けさせるであろう。	27 I will send my terror before thee, and will discomfit all the people to whom thou shalt come, and I will make all thine enemies turn their backs unto thee.	אֶת־אֵימָתִי אֲשַׁלַּח לְפָנֶיךָ וְהַמֹּתִי אֶת־כָּל־הָעָם אֲשֶׁר תָּבֹא בָּהֶם וְנָתַתִּי אֶת־כָּל־אֹיְבֶיךָ אֵלֶיךָ עֹרֶף׃	27
23:28 わたしはまた、くまばちをあなたの先につかわすであろう。これはヒビびと、カナンびと、およびヘテびとをあなたの前から追い払うであろう。	28 And I will send the hornet before thee, which shall drive out the Hivite, the Canaanite, and the Hittite, from before thee.	וְשָׁלַחְתִּי אֶת־הַצִּרְעָה לְפָנֶיךָ וְגֵרְשָׁה אֶת־הַחִוִּי אֶת־הַכְּנַעֲנִי וְאֶת־הַחִתִּי מִלְּפָנֶיךָ׃	28
23:29 しかし、わたしは彼らを一年のうちには、あなたの前から追い払わないであろう。土地が荒れすたれ、野の獣が増して、あなたを害することのないためである。	29 I will not drive them out from before thee in one year, lest the land become desolate, and the beasts of the field multiply against thee.	לֹא אֲגָרְשֶׁנּוּ מִפָּנֶיךָ בְּשָׁנָה אֶחָת פֶּן־תִּהְיֶה הָאָרֶץ שְׁמָמָה וְרַבָּה עָלֶיךָ חַיַּת הַשָּׂדֶה׃	29
23:30 わたしは徐々に彼らをあなたの前から追い払うであろう。あなたは、ついにふえひろがって、この地を継ぐようになるであろう。	30 By little and little I will drive them out from before thee, until thou be increased, and inherit the land.	מְעַט מְעַט אֲגָרְשֶׁנּוּ מִפָּנֶיךָ עַד אֲשֶׁר תִּפְרֶה וְנָחַלְתָּ אֶת־הָאָרֶץ׃	30
23:31 わたしは紅海からペリシテびとの海に至るまでと、荒野からユフラテ川に至るまでを、あなたの領域とし、この地に住んでいる者をあなたの手にわたすであろう。あなたは彼らをあなたの前から追い払うであろう。	31 And I will set thy border from the Red Sea even unto the sea of the Philistines, and from the wilderness unto the River: for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand: and thou shalt drive them out before thee.	וְשַׁתִּי אֶת־גְּבֻלְךָ מִיַּם־סוּף וְעַד־יָם פְּלִשְׁתִּים וּמִמִּדְבָּר עַד־הַנָּהָר כִּי ׀ אֶתֵּן בְּיֶדְכֶם אֵת יֹשְׁבֵי הָאָרֶץ וְגֵרַשְׁתָּמֹו מִפָּנֶיךָ׃	31
23:32 あなたは彼ら、および彼らの神々と契約を結んではならない。	32 Thou shalt make no covenant with them, nor with their gods.	לֹא־תִכְרֹת לָהֶם וְלֵאלֹהֵיהֶם בְּרִית׃	32
23:33 彼らはあなたの国に住んではならない。彼らがあなたをいざなって、わたしに対して罪を犯させることのないためである。もし、あなたが彼らの神に仕えるならば、それは必ずあなたのわなとなるであろう」。	33 They shall not dwell in thy land, lest they make thee sin against me; for if thou serve their gods, it will surely be a snare unto thee.	לֹא יֵשְׁבוּ בְּאַרְצְךָ פֶּן־יַחֲטִיאוּ אֹתְךָ לִי כִּי תַעֲבֹד אֶת־אֱלֹהֵיהֶם כִּי־יִהְיֶה לְךָ לְמֹוקֵשׁ׃ פ	33
