20:01 主はまたモーセに言われた、	1 And Jehovah spake unto Moses, saying,	וַיְדַבֵּר יְהוָה אֶל־מֹשֶׁה לֵּאמֹר׃	1
20:02 「イスラエルの人々に言いなさい、『イスラエルの人々のうち、またイスラエルのうちに寄留する他国人のうち、だれでもその子供をモレクにささげる者は、必ず殺されなければならない。すなわち、国の民は彼を石で撃たなければならない。	2 Moreover, thou shalt say to the children of Israel, Whosoever he be of the children of Israel, or of the strangers that sojourn in Israel, that giveth of his seed unto Molech; he shall surely be put to death: the people of the land shall stone him with stones.	וְאֶל־בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל תֹּאמַר אִישׁ אִישׁ מִבְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל וּמִן־הַגֵּר ׀ הַגָּר בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל אֲשֶׁר יִתֵּן מִזַּרְעֹו לַמֹּלֶךְ מֹות יוּמָת עַם הָאָרֶץ יִרְגְּמֻהוּ בָאָבֶן׃	2
20:03 わたしは顔をその人に向け、彼を民のうちから断つであろう。彼がその子供をモレクにささげてわたしの聖所を汚し、またわたしの聖なる名を汚したからである。	3 I also will set my face against that man, and will cut him off from among his people; because he hath given of his seed unto Molech, to defile my sanctuary, and to profane my holy name.	וַאֲנִי אֶתֵּן אֶת־פָּנַי בָּאִישׁ הַהוּא וְהִכְרַתִּי אֹתֹו מִקֶּרֶב עַמֹּו כִּי מִזַּרְעֹו נָתַן לַמֹּלֶךְ לְמַעַן טַמֵּא אֶת־מִקְדָּשִׁי וּלְחַלֵּל אֶת־שֵׁם קָדְשִׁי׃	3
20:04 その人が子供をモレクにささげるとき、国の民がもしことさらに、この事に目をおおい、これを殺さないならば、	4 And if the people at the land do at all hide their eyes from that man, when he giveth of his seed unto Molech, and put him not to death;	וְאִם הַעְלֵם יַעְלִימוּ עַם הָאָרֶץ אֶת־עֵינֵיהֶם מִן־הָאִישׁ הַהוּא בְּתִתֹּו מִזַּרְעֹו לַמֹּלֶךְ לְבִלְתִּי הָמִית אֹתֹו׃	4
20:05 わたし自身、顔をその人とその家族とに向け、彼および彼に見ならってモレクを慕い、これと姦淫する者を、すべて民のうちから断つであろう。	5 then I will set my face against that man, and against his family, and will cut him off, and all that play the harlot after him, to play the harlot with Molech, from among their people.	וְשַׂמְתִּי אֲנִי אֶת־פָּנַי בָּאִישׁ הַהוּא וּבְמִשְׁפַּחְתֹּו וְהִכְרַתִּי אֹתֹו וְאֵת ׀ כָּל־הַזֹּנִים אַחֲרָיו לִזְנֹות אַחֲרֵי הַמֹּלֶךְ מִקֶּרֶב עַמָּם׃	5
20:06 もし口寄せ、または占い師のもとにおもむき、彼らを慕って姦淫する者があれば、わたしは顔をその人に向け、これを民のうちから断つであろう。	6 And the soul that turneth unto them that have familiar spirits, and unto the wizards, to play the harlot after them, I will even set my face against that soul, and will cut him off from among his people.	וְהַנֶּפֶשׁ אֲשֶׁר תִּפְנֶה אֶל־הָאֹבֹת וְאֶל־הַיִּדְּעֹנִים לִזְנֹות אַחֲרֵיהֶם וְנָתַתִּי אֶת־פָּנַי בַּנֶּפֶשׁ הַהִוא וְהִכְרַתִּי אֹתֹו מִקֶּרֶב עַמֹּו׃	6
20:07 ゆえにあなたがたは、みずからを聖別し、聖なる者とならなければならない。わたしはあなたがたの神、主である。	7 Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy; for I am Jehovah your God.	וְהִתְקַדִּשְׁתֶּם וִהְיִיתֶם קְדֹשִׁים כִּי אֲנִי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם׃	7
20:08 あなたがたはわたしの定めを守って、これを行わなければならない。わたしはあなたがたを聖別する主である。	8 And ye shall keep my statutes, and do them: I am Jehovah who sanctifieth you.	וּשְׁמַרְתֶּם אֶת־חֻקֹּתַי וַעֲשִׂיתֶם אֹתָם אֲנִי יְהוָה מְקַדִּשְׁכֶם׃	8
20:09 だれでも父または母をのろう者は、必ず殺されなければならない。彼が父または母をのろったので、その血は彼に帰するであろう。	9 For every one that curseth his father or his mother shall surely be put to death: he hath cursed his father or his mother; his blood shall be upon him.	כִּי־אִישׁ אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר יְקַלֵּל אֶת־אָבִיו וְאֶת־אִמֹּו מֹות יוּמָת אָבִיו וְאִמֹּו קִלֵּל דָּמָיו בֹּו׃	9
20:10 人の妻と姦淫する者、すなわち隣人の妻と姦淫する者があれば、その姦夫、姦婦は共に必ず殺されなければならない。	10 And the man that committeth adultery with another man's wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbor's wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.	וְאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר יִנְאַף אֶת־אֵשֶׁת אִישׁ אֲשֶׁר יִנְאַף אֶת־אֵשֶׁת רֵעֵהוּ מֹות־יוּמַת הַנֹּאֵף וְהַנֹּאָפֶת׃	10
20:11 その父の妻と寝る者は、その父をはずかしめる者である。彼らはふたりとも必ず殺されなければならない。その血は彼らに帰するであろう。	11 And the man that lieth with his father's wife hath uncovered his father's nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.	וְאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר יִשְׁכַּב אֶת־אֵשֶׁת אָבִיו עֶרְוַת אָבִיו גִּלָּה מֹות־יוּמְתוּ שְׁנֵיהֶם דְּמֵיהֶם בָּם׃	11
20:12 子の妻と寝る者は、ふたり共に必ず殺されなければならない。彼らは道ならぬことをしたので、その血は彼らに帰するであろう。	12 And if a man lie with his daughter-in-law, both of them shall surely be put to death: they have wrought confusion; their blood shall be upon them.	וְאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר יִשְׁכַּב אֶת־כַּלָּתֹו מֹות יוּמְתוּ שְׁנֵיהֶם תֶּבֶל עָשׂוּ דְּמֵיהֶם בָּם׃	12
20:13 女と寝るように男と寝る者は、ふたりとも憎むべき事をしたので、必ず殺されなければならない。その血は彼らに帰するであろう。	13 And if a man lie with mankind, as with womankind, both of them have committed abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.	וְאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר יִשְׁכַּב אֶת־זָכָר מִשְׁכְּבֵי אִשָּׁה תֹּועֵבָה עָשׂוּ שְׁנֵיהֶם מֹות יוּמָתוּ דְּמֵיהֶם בָּם׃	13
20:14 女をその母と一緒にめとるならば、これは悪事であって、彼も、女たちも火に焼かれなければならない。このような悪事をあなたがたのうちになくするためである。	14 And if a man take a wife and her mother, it is wickedness: they shall be burnt with fire, both he and they; that there be no wickedness among you.	וְאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר יִקַּח אֶת־אִשָּׁה וְאֶת־אִמָּהּ זִמָּה הִוא בָּאֵשׁ יִשְׂרְפוּ אֹתֹו וְאֶתְהֶן וְלֹא־תִהְיֶה זִמָּה בְּתֹוכְכֶם׃	14
20:15 男がもし、獣と寝るならば彼は必ず殺されなければならない。あなたがたはまた、その獣を殺さなければならない。	15 And if a man lie with a beast, he shall surely be put to death: and ye shall slay the beast.	וְאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר יִתֵּן שְׁכָבְתֹּו בִּבְהֵמָה מֹות יוּמָת וְאֶת־הַבְּהֵמָה תַּהֲרֹגוּ׃	15
20:16 女がもし、獣に近づいて、これと寝るならば、あなたは、その女と獣とを殺さなければならない。彼らは必ず殺さるべきである。その血は彼らに帰するであろう。	16 And if a woman approach unto any beast, and lie down thereto, thou shalt kill the woman, and the beast: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.	וְאִשָּׁה אֲשֶׁר תִּקְרַב אֶל־כָּל־בְּהֵמָה לְרִבְעָה אֹתָהּ וְהָרַגְתָּ אֶת־הָאִשָּׁה וְאֶת־הַבְּהֵמָה מֹות יוּמָתוּ דְּמֵיהֶם בָּם׃	16
20:17 人がもし、その姉妹、すなわち父の娘、あるいは母の娘に近づいて、その姉妹のはだを見、女はその兄弟のはだを見るならば、これは恥ずべき事である。彼ら は、その民の人々の目の前で、断たれなければならない。彼は、その姉妹を犯したのであるから、その罪を負わなければならない。	17 And if a man shall take his sister, his father's daughter, or his mother's daughter, and see her nakedness, and she see his nakedness; it is a shameful thing; and they shall be cut off in the sight of the children of their people: he hath uncovered his sister's nakedness; he shall bear his iniquity.	וְאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר־יִקַּח אֶת־אֲחֹתֹו בַּת־אָבִיו אֹו בַת־אִמֹּו וְרָאָה אֶת־עֶרְוָתָהּ וְהִיא־תִרְאֶה אֶת־עֶרְוָתֹו חֶסֶד הוּא וְנִכְרְתוּ לְעֵינֵי בְּנֵי עַמָּם עֶרְוַת אֲחֹתֹו גִּלָּה עֲוֹנֹו יִשָּׂא׃	17
20:18 人がもし、月のさわりのある女と寝て、そのはだを現すならば、男は女の源を現し、女は自分の血の源を現したのであるから、ふたり共にその民のうちから断たれなければならない。	18 And if a man shall lie with a woman having her sickness, and shall uncover her nakedness; he hath made naked her fountain, and she hath uncovered the fountain of her blood: and both of them shall be cut off from among their people.	וְאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר־יִשְׁכַּב אֶת־אִשָּׁה דָּוָה וְגִלָּה אֶת־עֶרְוָתָהּ אֶת־מְקֹרָהּ הֶעֱרָה וְהִיא גִּלְּתָה אֶת־מְקֹור דָּמֶיהָ וְנִכְרְתוּ שְׁנֵיהֶם מִקֶּרֶב עַמָּם׃	18
20:19 あなたの母の姉妹、またはあなたの父の姉妹を犯してはならない。これは、自分の肉親の者を犯すことであるから、彼らはその罪を負わなければならない。	19 And thou shalt not uncover the nakedness of thy mother's sister, nor of thy father's sister; for he hath made naked his near kin: they shall bear their iniquity.	וְעֶרְוַת אֲחֹות אִמְּךָ וַאֲחֹות אָבִיךָ לֹא תְגַלֵּה כִּי אֶת־שְׁאֵרֹו הֶעֱרָה עֲוֹנָם יִשָּׂאוּ׃	19
20:20 人がもし、そのおばと寝るならば、これはおじをはずかしめることであるから、彼らはその罪を負い、子なくして死ぬであろう。	20 And if a man shall lie with his uncle's wife, he hath uncovered his uncle's nakedness: they shall bear their sin; they shall die childless.	וְאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר יִשְׁכַּב אֶת־דֹּדָתֹו עֶרְוַת דֹּדֹו גִּלָּה חֶטְאָם יִשָּׂאוּ עֲרִירִים יָמֻתוּ׃	20
20:21 人がもし、その兄弟の妻を取るならば、これは汚らわしいことである。彼はその兄弟をはずかしめたのであるから、彼らは子なき者となるであろう。	21 And if a man shall take his brother's wife, it is impurity: he hath uncovered his brother's nakedness; they shall be childless.	וְאִישׁ אֲשֶׁר יִקַּח אֶת־אֵשֶׁת אָחִיו נִדָּה הִוא עֶרְוַת אָחִיו גִּלָּה עֲרִירִים יִהְיוּ׃	21
20:22 あなたがたはわたしの定めとおきてとをことごとく守って、これを行わなければならない。そうすれば、わたしがあなたがたを住まわせようと導いて行く地は、あなたがたを吐き出さぬであろう。	22 Ye shall therefore keep all my statutes, and all mine ordinances, and do them; that the land, whither I bring you to dwell therein, vomit you not out.	וּשְׁמַרְתֶּם אֶת־כָּל־חֻקֹּתַי וְאֶת־כָּל־מִשְׁפָּטַי וַעֲשִׂיתֶם אֹתָם וְלֹא־תָקִיא אֶתְכֶם הָאָרֶץ אֲשֶׁר אֲנִי מֵבִיא אֶתְכֶם שָׁמָּה לָשֶׁבֶת בָּהּ׃	22
20:23 あなたがたの前からわたしが追い払う国びとの風習に、あなたがたは歩んではならない。彼らは、このもろもろのことをしたから、わたしは彼らを憎むのである。	23 And ye shall not walk in the customs of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they did all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.	וְלֹא תֵלְכוּ בְּחֻקֹּת הַגֹּוי אֲשֶׁר־אֲנִי מְשַׁלֵּחַ מִפְּנֵיכֶם כִּי אֶת־כָּל־אֵלֶּה עָשׂוּ וָאָקֻץ בָּם׃	23
20:24 わたしはあなたがたに言った、「あなたがたは、彼らの地を獲るであろう。わたしはこれをあなたがたに与えて、これを獲させるであろう。これは乳と蜜との流れる地である」。わたしはあなたがたを他の民から区別したあなたがたの神、主である。	24 But I have said unto you, Ye shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, a land flowing with milk and honey: I am Jehovah your God, who hath separated you from the peoples.	וָאֹמַר לָכֶם אַתֶּם תִּירְשׁוּ אֶת־אַדְמָתָם וַאֲנִי אֶתְּנֶנָּה לָכֶם לָרֶשֶׁת אֹתָהּ אֶרֶץ זָבַת חָלָב וּדְבָשׁ אֲנִי יְהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם אֲשֶׁר־הִבְדַּלְתִּי אֶתְכֶם מִן־הָעַמִּים׃	24
20:25 あなたがたは清い獣と汚れた獣、汚れた鳥と清い鳥を区別しなければならない。わたしがあなたがたのために汚れたものとして区別した獣、または鳥またはすべて地を這うものによって、あなたがたの身を忌むべきものとしてはならない。	25 Ye shall therefore make a distinction between the clean beast and the unclean, and between the unclean fowl and the clean: and ye shall not make your souls abominable by beast, or by bird, or by anything wherewith the ground teemeth, which I have separated from you as unclean.	וְהִבְדַּלְתֶּם בֵּין־הַבְּהֵמָה הַטְּהֹרָה לַטְּמֵאָה וּבֵין־הָעֹוף הַטָּמֵא לַטָּהֹר וְלֹא־תְשַׁקְּצוּ אֶת־נַפְשֹׁתֵיכֶם בַּבְּהֵמָה וּבָעֹוף וּבְכֹל אֲשֶׁר תִּרְמֹשׂ הָאֲדָמָה אֲשֶׁר־הִבְדַּלְתִּי לָכֶם לְטַמֵּא׃	25
20:26 あなたがたはわたしに対して聖なる者でなければならない。主なるわたしは聖なる者で、あなたがたをわたしのものにしようと、他の民から区別したからである。	26 And ye shall be holy unto me: for I, Jehovah, am holy, and have set you apart from the peoples, that ye should be mine.	וִהְיִיתֶם לִי קְדֹשִׁים כִּי קָדֹושׁ אֲנִי יְהוָה וָאַבְדִּל אֶתְכֶם מִן־הָעַמִּים לִהְיֹות לִי׃	26
20:27 男または女で、口寄せ、または占いをする者は、必ず殺されなければならない。すなわち、石で撃ち殺さなければならない。その血は彼らに帰するであろう』」。	27 A man also or a woman that hath a familiar spirit, or that is a wizard, shall surely be put to death: they shall stone them with stones; their blood shall be upon them.	וְאִישׁ אֹו־אִשָּׁה כִּי־יִהְיֶה בָהֶם אֹוב אֹו יִדְּעֹנִי מֹות יוּמָתוּ בָּאֶבֶן יִרְגְּמוּ אֹתָם דְּמֵיהֶם בָּם׃ פ	27
