22:01 もし人が牛または羊を盗んで、これを殺し、あるいはこれを売るならば、彼は一頭の牛のために五頭の牛をもって、一頭の羊のために四頭の羊をもって償わなければならない。	1 If a man shall steal an ox, or a sheep, and kill it, or sell it; he shall pay five oxen for an ox, and four sheep for a sheep.	כִּי יִגְנֹב־אִישׁ שֹׁור אֹו־שֶׂה וּטְבָחֹו אֹו מְכָרֹו חֲמִשָּׁה בָקָר יְשַׁלֵּם תַּחַת הַשֹּׁור וְאַרְבַּע־צֹאן תַּחַת הַשֶּׂה׃	37

22:02 もし盗びとが穴をあけてはいるのを見て、これを撃って殺したときは、その人には血を流した罪はない。	2 If the thief be found breaking in, and be smitten so that he dieth, there shall be no bloodguiltiness for him.	אִם־בַּמַּחְתֶּרֶת יִמָּצֵא הַגַּנָּב וְהֻכָּה וָמֵת אֵין לֹו דָּמִים׃	1
22:03 (上)しかし日がのぼって後ならば、その人に血を流した罪がある。(下 22:1の後に)彼は必ず償わなければならない。もし彼に何もない時は、彼はその盗んだ物のために身を売られるであろう。	3 If the sun be risen upon him, there shall be bloodguiltiness for him; he shall make restitution: if he have nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.	אִם־זָרְחָה הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ עָלָיו דָּמִים לֹו שַׁלֵּם יְשַׁלֵּם אִם־אֵין לֹו וְנִמְכַּר בִּגְנֵבָתֹו׃	2
22:04 もしその盗んだ物がなお生きて、彼の手もとにあれば、それは牛、ろば、羊のいずれにせよ、これを二倍にして償わなければならない。	4 If the theft be found in his hand alive, whether it be ox, or ass, or sheep, he shall pay double.	אִם־הִמָּצֵא תִמָּצֵא בְיָדֹו הַגְּנֵבָה מִשֹּׁור עַד־חֲמֹור עַד־שֶׂה חַיִּים שְׁנַיִם יְשַׁלֵּם׃ ס	3
22:05 もし人が畑またはぶどう畑のものを食わせ、その家畜を放って他人の畑のものを食わせた時は、自分の畑の最も良い物と、ぶどう畑の最も良い物をもって、これを償わなければならない。	5 If a man shall cause a field or vineyard to be eaten, and shall let his beast loose, and it feed in another man's field; of the best of his own field, and of the best of his own vineyard, shall he make restitution.	כִּי יַבְעֶר־אִישׁ שָׂדֶה אֹו־כֶרֶם וְשִׁלַּח אֶת־ [בְּעִירָה כ] (בְּעִירֹו ק) וּבִעֵר בִּשְׂדֵה אַחֵר מֵיטַב שָׂדֵהוּ וּמֵיטַב כַּרְמֹו יְשַׁלֵּם׃ ס	4
22:06 もし火が出て、いばらに移り、積みあげた麦束、または立穂、または畑を焼いたならば、その火を燃やした者は、必ずこれを償わなければならない。	6 If fire break out, and catch in thorns, so that the shocks of grain, or the standing grain, or the field are consumed; he that kindled the fire shall surely make restitution.	כִּי־תֵצֵא אֵשׁ וּמָצְאָה קֹצִים וְנֶאֱכַל גָּדִישׁ אֹו הַקָּמָה אֹו הַשָּׂדֶה שַׁלֵּם יְשַׁלֵּם הַמַּבְעִר אֶת־הַבְּעֵרָה׃ ס	5
22:07 もし人が金銭または物品の保管を隣人に託し、それが隣人の家から盗まれた時、その盗びとが見つけられたならば、これを二倍にして償わせなければならない。	7 If a man shall deliver unto his neighbor money or stuff to keep, and it be stolen out of the man's house; if the thief be found, he shall pay double.	כִּי־יִתֵּן אִישׁ אֶל־רֵעֵהוּ כֶּסֶף אֹו־כֵלִים לִשְׁמֹר וְגֻנַּב מִבֵּית הָאִישׁ אִם־יִמָּצֵא הַגַּנָּב יְשַׁלֵּם שְׁנָיִם׃	6
22:08 もし盗びとが見つけられなければ、家の主人を神の前に連れてきて、彼が隣人の持ち物に手をかけたかどうかを、確かめなければならない。	8 If the thief be not found, then the master of the house shall come near unto God, to see whether he have not put his hand unto his neighbor's goods.	אִם־לֹא יִמָּצֵא הַגַּנָּב וְנִקְרַב בַּעַל־הַבַּיִת אֶל־הָאֱלֹהִים אִם־לֹא שָׁלַח יָדֹו בִּמְלֶאכֶת רֵעֵהוּ׃	7
22:09 牛であれ、ろばであれ、羊であれ、衣服であれ、あるいはどんな失った物であれ、それについて言い争いが起り『これがそれです』と言う者があれば、その双方 の言い分を、神の前に持ち出さなければならない。そして神が有罪と定められる者は、それを二倍にしてその相手に償わなければならない。	9 For every matter of trespass, whether it be for ox, for ass, for sheep, for raiment, or for any manner of lost thing, whereof one saith, This is it, the cause of both parties shall come before God; he whom God shall condemn shall pay double unto his neighbor.	עַל־כָּל־דְּבַר־פֶּשַׁע עַל־שֹׁור עַל־חֲמֹור עַל־שֶׂה עַל־שַׂלְמָה עַל־כָּל־אֲבֵדָה אֲשֶׁר יֹאמַר כִּי־הוּא זֶה עַד הָאֱלֹהִים יָבֹא דְּבַר־שְׁנֵיהֶם אֲשֶׁר יַרְשִׁיעֻן אֱלֹהִים יְשַׁלֵּם שְׁנַיִם לְרֵעֵהוּ׃ ס	8
22:10 もし人が、ろば、または牛、または羊、またはどんな家畜でも、それを隣人に預けて、それが死ぬか、傷つくか、あるいは奪い去られても、それを見た者がなければ、	10 If a man deliver unto his neighbor an ass, or an ox, or a sheep, or any beast, to keep; and it die, or be hurt, or driven away, no man seeing it:	כִּי־יִתֵּן אִישׁ אֶל־רֵעֵהוּ חֲמֹור אֹו־שֹׁור אֹו־שֶׂה וְכָל־בְּהֵמָה לִשְׁמֹר וּמֵת אֹו־נִשְׁבַּר אֹו־נִשְׁבָּה אֵין רֹאֶה׃	9
22:11 双方の間に、隣人の持ち物に手をかけなかったという誓いが、主の前になされなければならない。そうすれば、持ち主はこれを受け入れ、隣人は償うに及ばない。	11 the oath of Jehovah shall be between them both, whether he hath not put his hand unto his neighbor's goods; and the owner thereof shall accept it, and he shall not make restitution.	שְׁבֻעַת יְהוָה תִּהְיֶה בֵּין שְׁנֵיהֶם אִם־לֹא שָׁלַח יָדֹו בִּמְלֶאכֶת רֵעֵהוּ וְלָקַח בְּעָלָיו וְלֹא יְשַׁלֵּם׃	10
22:12 けれども、それがまさしく自分の所から盗まれた時は、その持ち主に償わなければならない。	12 But if it be stolen from him, he shall make restitution unto the owner thereof.	וְאִם־גָּנֹב יִגָּנֵב מֵעִמֹּו יְשַׁלֵּם לִבְעָלָיו׃	11
22:13 もしそれが裂き殺された時は、それを証拠として持って来るならば、その裂き殺されたものは償うに及ばない。	13 If it be torn in pieces, let him bring it for witness: he shall not make good that which was torn.	אִם־טָרֹף יִטָּרֵף יְבִאֵהוּ עֵד הַטְּרֵפָה לֹא יְשַׁלֵּם׃ פ	12
22:14 もし人が隣人から家畜を借りて、それが傷つき、または死ぬ場合、その持ち主がそれと共にいない時は、必ずこれを償わなければならない。	14 And if a man borrow aught of his neighbor, and it be hurt, or die, the owner thereof not being with it, he shall surely make restitution.	וְכִי־יִשְׁאַל אִישׁ מֵעִם רֵעֵהוּ וְנִשְׁבַּר אֹו־מֵת בְּעָלָיו אֵין־עִמֹּו שַׁלֵּם יְשַׁלֵּם׃	13
22:15 もしその持ち主がそれと共におれば、それを償うに及ばない。もしそれが賃借りしたものならば、その借賃をそれに当てなければならない。	15 If the owner thereof be with it, he shall not make it good: if it be a hired thing, it came for its hire.	אִם־בְּעָלָיו עִמֹּו לֹא יְשַׁלֵּם אִם־שָׂכִיר הוּא בָּא בִּשְׂכָרֹו׃ ס	14
22:16 もし人がまだ婚約しない処女を誘って、これと寝たならば、彼は必ずこれに花嫁料を払って、妻としなければならない。	16 And if a man entice a virgin that is not betrothed, and lie with her, he shall surely pay a dowry for her to be his wife.	וְכִי־יְפַתֶּה אִישׁ בְּתוּלָה אֲשֶׁר לֹא־אֹרָשָׂה וְשָׁכַב עִמָּהּ מָהֹר יִמְהָרֶנָּה לֹּו לְאִשָּׁה׃	15
22:17 もしその父がこれをその人に与えることをかたく拒むならば、彼は処女の花嫁料に当るほどの金を払わなければならない。	17 If her father utterly refuse to give her unto him, he shall pay money according to the dowry of virgins.	אִם־מָאֵן יְמָאֵן אָבִיהָ לְתִתָּהּ לֹו כֶּסֶף יִשְׁקֹל כְּמֹהַר הַבְּתוּלֹת׃ ס	16
22:18 魔法使の女は、これを生かしておいてはならない。	18 Thou shalt not suffer a sorceress to live.	מְכַשֵּׁפָה לֹא תְחַיֶּה׃ ס	17
22:19 すべて獣を犯す者は、必ず殺されなければならない。	19 Whosoever lieth with a beast shall surely be put to death.	כָּל־שֹׁכֵב עִם־בְּהֵמָה מֹות יוּמָת׃ ס	18
22:20 主のほか、他の神々に犠牲をささげる者は、断ち滅ぼされなければならない。	20 He that sacrificeth unto any god, save unto Jehovah only, shall be utterly destroyed.	זֹבֵחַ לָאֱלֹהִים יָחֳרָם בִּלְתִּי לַיהוָה לְבַדֹּו׃	19
22:21 あなたは寄留の他国人を苦しめてはならない。また、これをしえたげてはならない。あなたがたも、かつてエジプトの国で、寄留の他国人であったからである。	21 And a sojourner shalt thou not wrong, neither shalt thou oppress him: for ye were sojourners in the land of Egypt.	וְגֵר לֹא־תֹונֶה וְלֹא תִלְחָצֶנּוּ כִּי־גֵרִים הֱיִיתֶם בְּאֶרֶץ מִצְרָיִם׃	20
22:22 あなたがたはすべて寡婦、または孤児を悩ましてはならない。	22 Ye shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless child.	כָּל־אַלְמָנָה וְיָתֹום לֹא תְעַנּוּן׃	21
22:23 もしあなたが彼らを悩まして、彼らがわたしにむかって叫ぶならば、わたしは必ずその叫びを聞くであろう。	23 If thou afflict them at all, and they cry at all unto me, I will surely hear their cry;	אִם־עַנֵּה תְעַנֶּה אֹתֹו כִּי אִם־צָעֹק יִצְעַק אֵלַי שָׁמֹעַ אֶשְׁמַע צַעֲקָתֹו׃	22
22:24 そしてわたしの怒りは燃えたち、つるぎをもってあなたがたを殺すであろう。あなたがたの妻は寡婦となり、あなたがたの子供たちは孤児となるであろう。	24 and my wrath shall wax hot, and I will kill you with the sword; and your wives shall be widows, and your children fatherless.	וְחָרָה אַפִּי וְהָרַגְתִּי אֶתְכֶם בֶּחָרֶב וְהָיוּ נְשֵׁיכֶם אַלְמָנֹות וּבְנֵיכֶם יְתֹמִים׃ פ	23
22:25 あなたが、共におるわたしの民の貧しい者に金を貸す時は、これに対して金貸しのようになってはならない。これから利子を取ってはならない。	25 If thou lend money to any of my people with thee that is poor, thou shalt not be to him as a creditor; neither shall ye lay upon him interest.	אִם־כֶּסֶף ׀ תַּלְוֶה אֶת־עַמִּי אֶת־הֶעָנִי עִמָּךְ לֹא־תִהְיֶה לֹו כְּנֹשֶׁה לֹא־תְשִׂימוּן עָלָיו נֶשֶׁךְ׃	24
22:26 もし隣人の上着を質に取るならば、日の入るまでにそれを返さなければならない。	26 If thou at all take thy neighbor's garment to pledge, thou shalt restore it unto him before the sun goeth down:	אִם־חָבֹל תַּחְבֹּל שַׂלְמַת רֵעֶךָ עַד־בֹּא הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ תְּשִׁיבֶנּוּ לֹו׃	25
22:27 これは彼の身をおおう、ただ一つの物、彼の膚のための着物だからである。彼は何を着て寝ることができよう。彼がわたしにむかって叫ぶならば、わたしはこれに聞くであろう。わたしはあわれみ深いからである。	27 for that is his only covering, it is his garment for his skin: wherein shall he sleep? And it shall come to pass, when he crieth unto me, that I will hear; for I am gracious.	כִּי הִוא [כְסוּתָה כ] (כְסוּתֹו ק) לְבַדָּהּ הִוא שִׂמְלָתֹו לְעֹרֹו בַּמֶּה יִשְׁכָּב וְהָיָה כִּי־יִצְעַק אֵלַי וְשָׁמַעְתִּי כִּי־חַנּוּן אָנִי׃ ס	26
22:28 あなたは神をののしってはならない。また民の司をのろってはならない。	28 Thou shalt not revile God, nor curse a ruler of thy people.	אֱלֹהִים לֹא תְקַלֵּל וְנָשִׂיא בְעַמְּךָ לֹא תָאֹר׃	27
22:29 あなたの豊かな穀物と、あふれる酒とをささげるに、ためらってはならない。あなたのういごを、わたしにささげなければならない。	29 Thou shalt not delay to offer of thy harvest, and of the outflow of thy presses. The first-born of thy sons shalt thou give unto me.	מְלֵאָתְךָ וְדִמְעֲךָ לֹא תְאַחֵר בְּכֹור בָּנֶיךָ תִּתֶּן־לִּי ׃	28
22:30 あなたはまた、あなたの牛と羊をも同様にしなければならない。七日の間その母と共に置いて、八日目にそれをわたしに、ささげなければならない。	30 Likewise shalt thou do with thine oxen, and with thy sheep: seven days it shall be with its dam; on the eighth day thou shalt give it me.	כֵּן־תַּעֲשֶׂה לְשֹׁרְךָ לְצֹאנֶךָ שִׁבְעַת יָמִים יִהְיֶה עִם־אִמֹּו בַּיֹּום הַשְּׁמִינִי תִּתְּנֹו־לִי׃	29
22:31 あなたがたは、わたしに対して聖なる民とならなければならない。あなたがたは、野で裂き殺されたものの肉を食べてはならない。それは犬に投げ与えなければならない。	31 And ye shall be holy men unto me: therefore ye shall not eat any flesh that is torn of beasts in the field; ye shall cast it to the dogs.	וְאַנְשֵׁי־קֹדֶשׁ תִּהְיוּן לִי וּבָשָׂר בַּשָּׂדֶה טְרֵפָה לֹא תֹאכֵלוּ לַכֶּלֶב תַּשְׁלִכוּן אֹתֹו׃ ס	30
